Thank you for visiting the Brightly Institute’s Platform (Website, School System, Mobile App etc.) and navigating to this section to review our Privacy Policy.
In summary, we do not collect any personal information about the visitors of our platform unless the users choose to provide that information to us.  

We are committed not to forward, share or sell any personal information to a third party without the prior consent of the users. We are committed to safeguarding personal information of the users when they are using our platform.  

Some sections or pages on our platform allow the users to provide certain personal information about themselves voluntarily, such as Enrollment Form, Subscribing to our Newsletter Services, Registration for the Summer Camp, Contact Form etc. Before submitting personal information, we specifically request users to read our Terms and Conditions (including our Privacy Policy). By submitting personal information, all users will have to agree to our Terms and Conditions and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. 

What type of information do we record? 

A) General, Non-Personal Information:  When users visit our platform / website, browse and read through the pages, or download information, our website backend service will record some general information automatically, such as browser information (IE, Chrome, Firefox etc.), Device information and operating system information (iOS, Android etc.), Date and time of the visit, the pages visited.  

These data do not fall under the category of personal information and are collected solely for statistical analysis to help improve our services offered through our platform.  

B) Cookies: Using any website on the internet, the relevant server may create a piece of text which is known as a “cookie” which is then put onto the user’s computers to allow websites to remember certain preferences of the users such as browsing patterns. Cookies from the Brightly Institute website do not collect any personal information about the users. 

C) Information Submitted through our online forms: Our platform/website provides various forms for specific purposes where users can fill out and submit certain data. The data we receive may contain personal information which are sent to us by the users voluntarily, such as name, age, mailing address etc.  Brightly Institute will use those data only for the purpose they were intended for and will never be made available to any third party person or organization.  

D) Information received via E-Mail from the users: Whenever an email exchange happens over the internet, the sender automatically shares certain information (e.g. name, email address). Users may also share/send personal information in their email requests. Brightly Institute will use such information only for the specific purpose they were provided to us (identification, resolving an issue etc.). Nevertheless, users should always take caution and not share personal information unnecessarily to prevent potential data theft through external data interception. 

E) External Websites: In this document, we are providing only our own internal privacy practices. It is possible that we may add links to other external websites. Users visiting any external websites which are not associated with Brightly Institute should view the respective privacy policy pages of the external websites or organization as we do not have any control over what data they are collecting or using.
