Financial Aid

We understand that families go through financial difficulties at some point in their lives.
As part of our commitment to not leave anyone behind and accommodate students from low-income families and those facing financial hardship, we are fortunate to be able to provide financial aid to those in need. 


Financial Aid can be provided to families who are not able to pay for the tuition fees due to unemployment, low income, debts or temporary financial hardship. 


*** Please note, that the source of the Financial Aid is mainly Zakah and Sadaqha and only eligible applicant will receive the Financial Aid grant


What are the minimum requirements to receive Financial Aid?


  1. Eligibility, based on the income/expense ratio and the overall financial condition of the applicant which will be determined by the relevant team. 
  2. Students on financial aid will have to maintain a minimum grade level of 80%. Otherwise, the Financial Aid grant will be terminated. 
  3. Compliance with all our Rules & Regulations at school, especially Code of Conduct of the students at our premises. 


What is the process for the Financial Aid application?


Step 1: Submit your Financial Aid Application online by providing necessary information and required documentation.


Required Documents: 

  • a) Most recent W2s of the parents (father and mother)
  • b) Most recent Tax Return (Form 1040)
  • c) 3 Month's bank statements of the parents (father and mother)
  • d) Current Tenancy Agreement (if rented) or most recent Mortgage Statement. 
  • e) Most recent utility Bills (Water, Electricity, Gas). 
  • f) Proof of Benefits (SNAP, Section 8, etc.)


Step 2: Our team will review the application details and assess all applications on a case-by-case basis and make a decision.


Step 3: Once approved, the applicants can proceed and submit their Enrollment Request online through our portal.
